REJURAN® ARTG Sponsor Details (TGA)

REJURAN has now been included in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), allowing it to be legally supplied in the Australian market.

It is a Class III medical device included in the ARTG as a dermal tissue reconstructive material with the registration numbers 412630/412631/412632. ARTG Start Date 5/07/2023.

Three REJURAN products have been registered: REJURAN®, REJURAN® i and REJURAN®s.

We are proud that REJURAN has been included on the ARTG. The ARTG is an official database of therapeutic goods that have been evaluated and approved for legal supply in Australia by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). 

REJURAN is a sterile injectable gel containing sodium polynucleotide, placed into the dermis by a trained healthcare professional to support tissue restoration and an improved physical appearance. Treatment areas may include the face, including around the eyes and mouth. 

REJURAN is extracted from wild salmon DNA fragments (polynucleotides) using PharmaResearch's proprietary DNA Optimising Technology (DOT™). 

Functional Description     A sterile injectable gel containing sodium polynucleotide. Administered by injecting the gel into the dermis using a thin gauge needle. The polynucleotide is hydrating to cause volumetric increases of tissues and make more favourable physiological conditions for the growth of cells in the skin.

Intended Purpose      REJURAN is an injectable gel which is intended for injection into the mid to deep dermis to promote tissue restoration and reconstruction, and improvement of physical appearance. It is highly versatile and easy to handle and can be used on areas of the face.
